We offer personalised medical coaching programs delivered online via video calls or phone, designed to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Programs include: Resources-Only Program, Primary Program (6 x 30 minute sessions) and the Advanced Program (12 x 30 minute sessions)

Pricing and Payment

Prices: Our programs start £300 for the resources only program, £850 for the Primary Program and £1200+ for the Advanced Program.

All prices are in GBP.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe Checkout, Apple Pay, Clear Pay, Google pay and Klarna, which allows you to split your payments into installments.

Klarna's payment plans are subject to their terms and conditions, outlined below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For services, if the service has been fully performed with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, you will not be entitled to a refund - unless covered under the 14 day right to cancel.

Other Terms

Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. We provide medical information and guidance. Do not undertake any changes to your diet, lifestyle or supplemental regime before consulting with your primary physician. We are not liable for any negative changes in medical situation and clients accept that conditions may temporarily worsen due to Herxheimer (detox) reactions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or on our website.
